Processing Time
All queries will be aimed to responded within 3 working days.
All orders are secured after the deposit has been received.
The production of items are aimed to be completed within a week but may need more time if the materials required are out of stock.
There will be communication with the you at every stage until you receive your order (deposit received, production started, ready for shipping & when it has been shipped).
For urgent orders, the production can be sped up to meet your needs. Personalised bags can be sent out the next working day, all other items require minimum 2 days for production and will be sent the following working day.
UK shipping only
Currently, only UK shipping available.
All orders by default will be sent 2nd class, tracked.
1st class is available for urgent orders or upon request.
Estimated dispatch
All orders are aimed to be sent out no later than 2 weeks from when the order was secured. If it is expected that there will be a delay, you will be notified at the first instance.
