Terms & Conditions

Deposit is required to secure an order.

For small orders totalling £15 or under, the deposit is the full price.

For orders larger than £15, the deposit is 50% of the total order.

​

The deposit is non-refundable because once the order is secured, production will start.

​

Any changes to the design/customisation must be communicated to us ASAP via email or Instagram DM , however this may not always be accepted depending on the stage of production and the nature of the change.
